Evaluating Implementation of the Youth, Peace and Security Agenda in Southeast Asia

A virtual consultation among youth peacebuilders and civil society with Global Network of Women Peacebuilders, Asian Youth Peace Network and UNOY Peacebuilders

Objectives:

  1. To document achievements and challenges in the effective implementation of the Youth, Peace, and Security (YPS) Agenda in Southeast Asia; 
  2. To analyze the role of the Association of South East Asian Nations (ASEAN) in implementation of the YPS Agenda in Southeast Asia; and 
  3. To formulate concrete recommendations to strengthen the role of ASEAN in supporting young people’s leadership in peacebuilding and humanitarian action, and effective implementation of the YPS agenda.
